Very disappointed with this dealership. New GMC Terrain Denali with 1,000 miles (bought elsewhere) needs to be left at the dealership for up to six weeks for a known SD card issue. Totally unacceptable.

They sold me a wheel and tire warranty with my truck and when I took it in, I was told that my warranty doesn't cover the tires on my truck. The same tires that were on the truck when i bought it!! I had a mixed experience. They did try to add 3K worth of warranties and protection packages to the price, but we managed to work our way past that and make a deal on a 2023 Explorer. They do not take care of one's personal information here. Twice in the last year, since I purchased a car from them, they have mixed up my personal contact information with another customer. This has led to twice my OnStar and myGMC services being interrupted and set up with another vehicle. This has also led to unsolicited emails and calls about car sales. The second time was recently even after they assured my wife and I that there would not be another mix up again last year. The only communication from our service associate has been sarcastic and rude! Hours go by between asking for an update and asking again then more hours then I have to contact the manager and finally I get a response. I have not complained about the amount of time it is taking and still the associate doesn’t respond. My only ask was to be kept in the loop about the progress or lack there of. Once my warranty is expired I will never go here again!

I had my car service several times at this location, I can truly say I got the best of service, from Mr Rivera , Humberto and Gunner. I truly recommend this location and most of all Gunner honesty.( I left my cell phone in my car it was returned to me with everything still in it.)

Had the airbag replaced on factory recall. Noticed on the way home that the airbag service light was on. Called the next day. They made a note on the ticket and said I’d get a call from the service department with a good time to bring it in. Still haven’t heard from them. I left for 6 weeks in Alaska the following Monday. I return late on May 15th and would like an appointment on the 16th or 17th. There should be “NO charge.

Very poor communication With the customer doesn't explain in detail. What is covered under extended warranty? Or what will have to pay out-of-pocket every time? Even time i called it was a different price. Does not offer loner vehicles? My truck was there over 3 weeks.

Victor the Service Consultant was very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. It was easy to make the appointment and all went well as scheduled.

I have used the service department multiple times and have been disappointed by their efficiency every time. I always had an appointment, arrived prior to my time, and had simple oil changes and tire rotations. It has never taken less then an hour and a half, and I have tried morning, noon, and afternoon visits. The last time over two hours. I will not return for service visits.

Misdiagnosed my vehicle and when told they came back with the right diagnosis after they had to be told to recheck it. And charged me 214.68, did a labor fee and when I asked what that was, was told it's their tax. Informed them it's against the law to charge tax on labor. Ended up fixing my vehicle myself in 15 minutes, something they wanted to charge 2 hours of labor on.

Contacted dealership to buy 1 maybe 2 Buick Enclaves per the price advertised on AutoTrader. I was willing to come from hundreds of miles away, but the dealer wanted to add $6,000 to the AutoTrader advertised purchase price of each vehicle for "dealer prep fees and dealer add-on fees," and refused to remove it!! Dishonest, false advertising. Don't waste your time! I will take my business elsewhere!

Finally got the truck in and they said they repaired it, but it was not repaired. I travelled from Florida to purchase a 2018 Ram 2500. Salesperson Trinity was very helpful at first but this changed when the paperwork was signed. Everybody was helpful until the paperwork was signed and I felt rushed. When signing the paperwork the finance person seemed lost and had to get help from someone else.
