Very disappointed with this dealership. New GMC Terrain Denali with 1,000 miles (bought elsewhere) needs to be left at the dealership for up to six weeks for a known SD card issue. Totally unacceptable.
They sold me a wheel and tire warranty with my truck and when I took it in, I was told that my warranty doesn't cover the tires on my truck. The same tires that were on the truck when i bought it!! So they sold me a warranty i can't use. They said this has never happened and had to send the case to corporate. 3 months later!! I still haven't heard anything. I talked to the supervisor, who gave me the run around. I've called and left messages, and no call back. I am not a happy customer!!
I had a mixed experience. They did try to add 3K worth of warranties and protection packages to the price, but we managed to work our way past that and make a deal on a 2023 Explorer. Bobby was a good sales guy and Lupe, the SM, made a point of getting involved in everything. This type of low-balling the base price and then requiring the add-ons to make their profit margin is a bad practice, but one that you do not have to accept. One week after the purchase, the engine light on the dash came on. The owners manual instructs you to bring it to a Ford dealership. The car was still under warranty, so no problem, right? Well, Ford fixed the warrantied part, but there was some road damage that was not covered to the tune of $950.00. I contacted Lupe and Bobby who said to bring the truck out to them and they would fix it there unless they could not get the part. I worked with Vanessa in the Service Dept. She was great! One week later I got the car back, and.... no charge to me! So as far as recommending the dealership, it seems like you just have to find the right people and you'll be OK. If you want to avoid the add-on scheme, go to a Sewell dealership.
They do not take care of one's personal information here. Twice in the last year, since I purchased a car from them, they have mixed up my personal contact information with another customer. This has led to twice my OnStar and myGMC services being interrupted and set up with another vehicle. This has also led to unsolicited emails and calls about car sales. The second time was recently even after they assured my wife and I that there would not be another mix up again last year. The first time they dragged their feet on actually correcting the issue; the second time they told me that they will do their best to delete the information from the other customer profile but could not guarantee that I would not be contacted again in the future. The lack of concern or interest in resolving this issue highlights a potential lack of care in protecting other personal information.
The only communication from our service associate has been sarcastic and rude! Hours go by between asking for an update and asking again then more hours then I have to contact the manager and finally I get a response. I have not complained about the amount of time it is taking and still the associate doesn’t respond. My only ask was to be kept in the loop about the progress or lack there of. Once my warranty is expired I will never go here again!
Stop by on a Friday afternoon, because my wife wanted to see the new Buick envision. OSCAR LOPEZ was our sales associate. He was very helpful not pushy and honest! He definitely left a great impression...I see a new Buick in my future!

EDIT: So, When I was there the time before last I bought the service package, which is really the only reason I returned. I dropped my car off on a Friday morning. and a tech didn't even look at it until Monday. I feel like they have my car hostage and it's not like they offer service loaner cars like dealers used to. So, manager Greg, if you see this know I sent you an email and you can call me. Friendly enough, but oil changes take an hour and a half.... and they marked my air filter yellow, or area that needs attention. I had in fact replaced the filter with a brand new one the day before service. While this may not seem like much, and really isn't a get a manager situation, you really need to stop and ask how many people they have done this to who end up buying an over priced filter.

Service airbag sensor was replaced and the tam was nice to work with for repairs
I had my car service several times at this location, I can truly say I got the best of service, from Mr Rivera , Humberto and Gunner. I truly recommend this location and most of all Gunner honesty.( I left my cell phone in my car it was returned to me with everything still in it.)
The communication was horrible through the whole process. I am struggling whether I would use them again. I have owned a gmc for several decades and this was the worst service every My advisor was hands off it seemed like. I went to Tom peacock for service on my caddy and they were for away better than Texan service Ps parking lot is a mess to navigate
