Johnny McDaniel helped us out tremendously! No other dealership wanted to work with us. All other dealerships were selling trucks over MSRP, and Johnny gave us a great deal! In addition to that, he was very genuine, friendly, and very fast, which you rarely see that in car salespeople. We were in and out in about 30-ish minutes. At other dealerships, it’s a lot of back and forth, which takes hours. But Johnny was quick to give us a great deal at Texan GMC Buick. Will most definitely recommend to family and friends.

I typically deal with Travis and has always been excellent! He is customer focused, listens well, pleasant to deal with, and goes above and beyond to do the right thing. I've had limited interaction with Abe and he was awesome as well! I typically do not give 5 star ratings regarding service in most instances simply because customer service at most places anymore is poor or non-existent at best. However, the experience with Texan has been very good every time over the past 3.5 years. these folks check all the boxes for a 5 star rating based on my experience. Recommend.

It took some time but it was all completed in a timely fashion and the service advisor kept me up to speed on what was going on. I have no issues with what and how things were done.
